I wrote this news story based on an article released by the Financial Times that commemorated Loyola's business school. I used statistics from the Chicago Data Portal to help with my research. I was originally going to cover something entirely different, so I had to work quickly and be flexible to meet deadlines.

I wrote this news story about Loyola's leasing company being sued by a former resident for personal injury due to bed bugs. This was the first time I worked with court records and spent hours in the Chicago courthouse at Daley Center learning how to navigate the system and retrieve information.

I wrote this news story about a controversial proposal that was approved to help reduce traffic in Miami. I did extensive research on the topic and managed to interview two experts who were familiar with the situation. Being from Miami, I had strong opinions about the issue and had to stay impartial.
